Description

Jo is a qualified Holistic Sleep Coach with BabyEm UK, has completed the Possums Clinic NDC program for providers and educators and is a parent mentor. Jo is also trained in Infant Neuro-Protective Developmental Care with The Fussy Baby Network and is a mother of one.

Jo can offer you understanding, support and coaching with the below;

  • Evidence based information, advice and support.
  • How sleep works with evidenced based information.
  • Dealing with stress and mindful self-regulation techniques.
  • Supporting you to get enough sleep.
  • Managing your expectations.
  • Gentle sleep solutions or supporting you with a more structured approach.
  • Emotional support and encouragement.

You will receive:

  • 1 x one hour 1:1 consultation with Jo – via Cliniko (like Zoom) or in the Titirangi Clinic.

  • 1 x 30 minute follow up conversation - via Cliniko/Phone/Email

  • 2 x 15 minute follow up interactions - via email/WhatsApp/Text
